| Major Service Providers come from both local and national companies that are capable of supplying products and services needed on conversion projects. Major construction companies provide the renovation and upgrades needed for the interior and exterior of a selected complex. There are major suppliers of appliances and accessories such as stoves, dishwashers, kitchen cabinets, and carpet for all units. These providers are selected and screened by CondoFran and the owners; with input from a panel of prequalified condo buyers, from the condo project being converted. New appliances and accessories are featured in display models for the new condo complex. Lawyers who take the property through the legal process and architects who design the new structure are also considered to be Major Service Providers. |
